Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

We want you to have a considered and seamless experience with Agnaya. If, for any reason, you need to return a product, our returns and refunds policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days. The exact time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

1. Please recheck your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.

3. Reach out to your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@agnaya.in with details and supporting images, if applicable.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:

• You will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item once the return is processed.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the purchaser:

• The refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
